IRREGULAR ACTIVITIES IN GREAT BRITAIN
A message from Mr. Sturgis1 of the Colonial Office was read in which he stated there was a marked increase in Irregular activities in Great Britain and suggesting that a senior officer of the Intelligence Organisation be sent over at once to confer with the British Authorities on the matter.

It was the opinion of the Executive Council that a senior Intelligence Officer should cross to London not later than Monday night the 15th instant.

The Secretary was instructed to advise the Commander-in-Chief2 accordingly.

At a later stage of the Meeting a reply from the Commander-in-Chief was read in which it was stated that Comdt. General O'Hegarty, Director of Intelligence would cross to London on Monday night.
