Police clear Irish consulate of fifty Irregular invaders. De Valera force including many women and Muriel MacSwiney go to Mayor Hylan to get him to recognise their claim. Mayor replied that from their own statement the Free State is the legal occupant of the premises. The law must be observed in this country and we must stop being ridiculous.
