Disarmament Conference.

It appears that the Minister for Finance has agreed to allow £50 for entertainment at the Labour Conference. From my own experience I am sure this money will be very well spent.

I should, however, be very glad if you could see your way again to press the case for at least an equivalent allowance for the infinitely more important Disarmament Conference. I continue to receive hospitality from other Delegates and find it nationally and personally humiliating not to be in a position to return it.1
