10. Retention of Land Purchase Annuities: British offer of arbitration

The President reported that an offer had been made by the representatives of the British Government at the conference in London on 10 June to submit the question of the Land Purchase Annuities to arbitration. He was authorised to draft a reply for submission to a special meeting of the Cabinet.
