BERLIN, 28 April 1944

Your telegram 83.¹ Official my despatch 24th March² has promised early definite decision. He says Irish or any other visas would have no weight in connection with possible deportation as those deported are Jews e.g. German Polish Czecho-Slovakian whom German Government regard as belonging to Germany. He said persons interned V.[ittel] are not deported.
