Extract from the minutes of a meeting of the Cabinet 'Conference on European Economic Co-operation: Government representation'(GC 5/4) (Item 1) (S14106)

Dublin, 2 March 1948

It was decided to accept the invitation, conveyed by the British and French Governments as the convening powers, to be represented at the Conference on European Economic Co-Operation, which is to meet at Paris on the 15th March, 1948. It was also decided that the Minister for External Affairs should attend the Conference on behalf of the Government, accompanied by the Secretary of the Department of External Affairs.
