Dearg code telegram from Frederick H. Boland to Joseph P. Walshe (Holy See) (No. 31)

Dublin, 6 March 1948

Your 15.1 Minister is deeply concerned at reports of position. He is anxious to discuss matters with you and may possibly go to Rome himself on 18th March after Paris meeting. This would render your visit to Paris unnecessary. Will 'phone you about this Monday or Tuesday. Doubt whether your suggestion acceptable. Minister has other ideas however.
