He said he did not feel it advisable to put President in position of getting rebuff whatever about State Department but he would consider the suggestion. State Department say that they are not aware of any diplomatic representation having been made to Hungarian Government. They hope to let me have reply to Aide-mémoire my tel. 67 today.3
