No. 120 NAI DFA/10/P/235/Pt1
London, 23 June 1952
I sent you on the 5th May1 a report by Jack Molloy of some approaches of a purely social character which had been made to him by a member of another diplomatic mission here. I think you will find my letter on your file No. 414/14/6.
The same gentleman rang Jack Molloy the other day and asked him to lunch again. I agreed with Jack that he should accept the invitation. Jack is fully alive to the fact that this cordiality is not likely to be without some object, and he will keep a sharp eye out at the luncheon to discern if possible, what precisely the object is.
